|Rebecca Piatt has been in the fitness industry for over 17 years. She is nationally certified with AFAA as a Personal Trainer as well as a Group Fitness Instructor. She believes in training your body to improve the quality of everyday life, commonly known as functional training. She enjoys finding fitness activities her clients will enjoy to develop a change in lifestyle that can be maintained. Rebecca is a married, busy mom of three children who understands busy schedules, convenience meals and barriers that prevent people from meeting their fitness goals. She has a simple, realistic approach to fitness that works for everyone. In her free time she enjoys recreational biking, reading and camping. She is also on staff as the MAC Fitness Director.
|Gerald Carney has been a certified group exercise instructor since 1994 and ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2009. He enjoys working with all age groups and loves to see the more mature age groups get back in shape. He believes weight resistance training is the most efficient way to build muscle tone and reduce weight. He is certified to work with cancer survivors and pre-diabetic conditions. Some additional continuing education certifications include assessment, core training and low back disorders. Gerald also teaches the Slow Flow class for its balance and many health improvements. |Marshall McDuffie is a former professional athlete turned trainer- due to injuries, his career was ended short. Marshall is dedicated to applying his knowledge from personal experience in his training. He has received certifications through the prestigious certifying board of the National Academy of Sports Medicine where he holds the titles of Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist. Marshall is also a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is a young up-and-coming, premiere sports trainer who is highly recognized in his field. Marshall has trained athletes on all levels including some of today’s best NFL stars. He has an outstanding success rate and continues to receive repeat business as well as numerous referrals each season.
|Debbie Clark has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She is nationally certified with ISSA as a Personal Trainer and nationally certified as a Boxing Fitness Trainer. She is also a gymnastics coach and swim lesson instructor. Her specialties are active postural restructuring, holistic fitness and deep stretching. She enjoys working one- on- one with clients to promote healthy lifestyle changes. In her free time she enjoys studying the anatomy of exercise & movement, reading, swimming and studying ballet dance conditioning.
|Dany Mulcahy is a certified personal trainer and certified nutritional consultant. She received a diploma from the National Personal Training Institute. She has also completed a course in TRX Suspension Trainer Instruction. Her favorite part of being a trainer is taking part in the journey with a client helping a them to gain confidence and to be more physically able to accomplish things whether it be in day to day life or reaching a specific goal. She is a proud military wife to a Special Forces soldier. Military/functional style training is her favorite. She also does group fitness. In her spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with her 3 dogs.|
