Personal Training Rates
FITNESS ASSESSMENT $15
This is your first meeting with your personal trainer. Your trainer will do an overall fitness assessment, assess your risk for disease, suggest reasonable goals, and offer suggestions to help you reach your goals and answer any questions you have.
A minimum of 3 sessions is required for new clients, in addition to the fitness assessment. At the end of three sessions your trainer will have customized a personalized workout just for you. You will receive a hard copy of this program as well.

All sessions must be prepaid at time of scheduling. Payment is non-refundable. Cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance or payment will be forfeited. If cancellation is made 24 hours prior to scheduled session time the training session can be rescheduled at no additional charge. Multi-session rates must be pre-paid in full in advance.
