    all classes are appropriate for all levels of fitness. Instructors teach several different options throughout class to accommodate beginners as well as challenge the more fit. Classes are for participants ages 11 and older.  Ages 11 - 13 must have an adult present during the entire class.  Proper athletic footwear is required.   Classes are between 45-60 minutes long.  *Indicates class is for ladies only.

    ABSolution-This  class provides a total body workout without the impact or stress on your joints. Class is mostly mat based with an emphasis on core training.

    AWT- Aerobic Weight Training  is a class combining cardio and muscular endurance training using weights, bands, balls, gliders and more.  Little rest between designed to keep your heart rate up.

    Bootcamp - A fun, motivating, highly exhilarating style training program including cardio, agility, core & strength training. 

    cardio pump - A high energy cardio workout combining any cardio format including Kickboxing, Hi/Lo, drills  and/or Step with strength exercises including squats, lunges, weights, bands, etc..

    deeper stretch-Stretching poses are held to increase flexibility. Class is done on a mat.

    gentle stretch-Stretch poses are held to increase flexibility. Class is done in a chair or on a mat.

    line aerobics-
    A fun class teaching a choreographed routine with a repeated sequence of steps.

    pilates-A movement system that stretches and strengthens all of the major muscle groups with no impact. Focus is on the core muscles. Class is done on a mat.

    Silver Sneakers - A circuit format class alternating low-impact cardio exercises with flexibility, range of motion and functional muscular fitness exercises designed to help improve function in daily living.   A chair is used for standing support in some classes. 

    senior stretch-Stretching poses are used to strengthen and stretch your entire body.  Class is done in a chair and great for beginners.

    slowflow – A gentle class that focuses on breath, balance and strength flowing through a sequence of exercises (aka Tai Chi).

    step skills-This class is guaranteed to get your heart rate up.  45 minutes of cardio exercise centered on the step bench. Great for all levels. 

    total body-This class will strengthen and sculpt your entire body.  Weights, bands, balls, benches and more are used to improve muscular endurance. 

    tri-fusion - This class is composed of three parts to help improve overall balance and flexibility.  Ballet for toning and posture improvement, Pilates for core strength and stretching for flexibility training. It is a fun fluid class appropriate for all levels. 

    Zumba - The newest Latin-based workout.  Easy to follow choreography to energetic upbeat Latin and Christian music.  A real cardio and spirit booster. 

    Zumba Gold - Same as Zumba but less choreography and done at a slower pace.  Great for beginners and seniors. (Zumba Gold is co-ed)

    360 training-Challenge your body in a brand new way using the SPRI step 360. 360 training is a class challenging your entire body on an unstable surface improving balance, muscular endurance, and posture and developing a stronger core.
